Ingredients
- 1 recipe Tandoori Chicken
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 c crushed tomatoes
- 2 c tomato paste
- 6 tb garlic crushed
- 6 ginger crushed
- 5 tsp garam masala
- 2 tb dried fenugreek leaves (methi)
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cayenne
- 3 c whipping cream
- 1/2 c butter

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, crushed tomatoes, paste,garlic and ginger in a non stick pan and cook on med hear for 5 mins
Add garam, fenugreek, salt and cayenne and cook for another 5 mins
Meanwhile in another saucepan melt butter in cream on low hear.
Add to tomato mix and cook on low hear for 2 hours stirring often
Freeze sauce in 1 cup portions if not using immediately
cut tandoori chicken into 1" pieces and add to sauce
Cook on med heat to heat the chicken and sauce
Serve with Naan
