    recipe Tandoori Chicken

  • 1/4

    c sugar

  • 2

    c crushed tomatoes

  • 2

    c tomato paste

  • 6

    tb garlic crushed

  • 6

    ginger crushed

  • 5

    tsp garam masala

  • 2

    tb dried fenugreek leaves (methi)

  • 4

    tsp salt

  • 2

    tsp cayenne

  • 3

    c whipping cream

  • 1/2

    c butter

Directions

Combine sugar, crushed tomatoes, paste,garlic and ginger in a non stick pan and cook on med hear for 5 mins Add garam, fenugreek, salt and cayenne and cook for another 5 mins Meanwhile in another saucepan melt butter in cream on low hear. Add to tomato mix and cook on low hear for 2 hours stirring often Freeze sauce in 1 cup portions if not using immediately cut tandoori chicken into 1" pieces and add to sauce Cook on med heat to heat the chicken and sauce Serve with Naan
