Ingredients
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons minced shallot
- 3 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk.
This was excellent! Served it with red leaf lettuce and romaine, apples, white cheddar cheese. Walnuts would have been good too.
