Ingredients
- 6-8 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
Step 1
Wash and dry chicken. Place in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Cover. Cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 6-7 hours.
Serve over rice with a fresh salad.
