Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar 1/2 c buttermilk
• 2 c flour 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 stick butter 2 eggs
• 3 T cocoa 1tsp soda
• 1 c water 1tsp vanilla
• Icing
• 1 stick butter
• 4 T cocoa
• 6 T milk
• 1 box powder sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sugar and flour in a bowl. Put butter, cocoa, and water in a small sauce pan bring to a boil and pour over sugar and flour mixture, mix well. Place buttermilk, cinnamon, soda, eggs and vanilla in a measuring cup, beat together and add to mixture. Pour into greased 13 x9 pan and bake 20 mins at 400 degrees.
