Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 4 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 8 ounces queso fresco, crumbled (feta can be used as a substitute)
- 2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ taco seasoning mix (from a 1 oz package)
- Tortilla chips

Instructions
On a large platter, drizzle the oil olive and lime juice.
Sprinkle the tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and queso fresco on top. Add the taco seasoning and mix together with a spoon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with tortilla chips or sliced flour tortillas.
