Raspberry Coulis

Sauce for Cheesecake. Place in squeeze bottle and pour over slice or squirt on plate in 3 circles and join circles with a toothpick. I used the cherry brandy (kirsch) that I had on hand for fondue.Joons loved it!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh or defrosted raspberries
  • 3 tbspns sugar
  • 1 tbspn brandy (cherry kirsch)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in processor and put on cheesecake. Use the immersion blender with some added water to combine and make it fluid enough to squirt out with the squeeze bottle.
