Asian Salad Dressing and Marinade

This is a marinade I use for Smoked Sausage Kebobs. It also works well as a salad dressing.

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup honey
• 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
• 2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation

Step 1

Mince the ginger and garlic.I use a small chopper/blender to mince the garlic and ginger and then add the other ingredients to chopper to blend.
