Ingredients
- 1 c Greek Yogurt
- 1 c Self Rising Flour
- 1/2 c Self Rising Flour
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 450 degrees. Mix yogurt and 1c self rising flour together with a spatula. When sticky dough forms, dump onto 1/2 c self rising flour and knead together. Next put dough in a bowl and coat thoroughly with 2 tbsp. olive oil. Pat out on pan, sprinkle with salt and bake for 5 minutes.
Cut toppings (spinach, onion, etc.). Top crust with pizza sauce, toppings and shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake an additional ten minutes.
