Ingredients

  • 3 cups light cassonnade
  • 1 cup 35% cream
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 cups icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and boil medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add icing sugar, and stir until tickens (20 minutes) or ball in cold water.
Pour in a greased pan and let cool.
Cut and can be kept in fridge.
