Flank Steak - w/ chile marinade

  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tea. chile powder
  • 1 tea. cumin

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together marinade ingredients.

With a sharp knife, score both sides of the flank steak in a diamond pattern.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush half honey mixture on both sides of steak.

Grill directly over medium heat for 17-21 minutes to reach 160 degrees.

Brush with remaining marinade halfway through grilling.
