POTATOES CANDIES (Tante Therese)

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup of icing sugar
  • peanut butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Boil potatoes and mashed. Add icing sugar until all humidity has been absorbed.
2. Sprinkle icing sugar on a counter top and roll the potatoe-sugar mixture.
3. Spread peanut butter and roll in a long roll. Place in waxed paper and refrigerate for one hour.
4. Cut and serve
