Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
2. Beat egg and slowly add milk.
3. Make a well in the dry mixture and add slowly the milk and melted butter and vanilla.
4. Mix rapidly until the mixture is crumbly.
5. Slowly cook both sides on a hot plaque.
Make 10-12 pancakes
