FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • 2-4 slices of bread (preferable older bread)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat the eggs with the milk, brown sugar and vanilla.
2. Wet the bread slices well and brown in a pan on both sides.
3. Before serving sprinkle icing sugar and cinnamon.
4. Serve with maple syrup, molasses, honey or jams.
