Ingredients

  • 6-8 buttered slices of bread (without crust)
  • 3/4 pound sharp cheese (1 pack of 3 cheese, cheddar, mozzarella and sharp)
  • 1 broccoli cooked and cut in small pieces
  • 2 cups of cubed ham
  • 6 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 5 pieces of cooked bacon
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place bread slices in a 13x9 buttered dish. Add cheese, broccoli, jam milk with mustard and eggs.
2. Sparsely put onion and bacon.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours. (this dish has to be put together the night before)
4. Cook 325 for 60 minutes.
