PARMESAN POPOVER

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over 325. Butter muffin pan and place 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese in each.
Beat eggs until mixed and add milk, flour and cayenne. Beat until smooth.
Fill cup about half.
Bake without peaking for 40 minutes.
