Ingredients
- 1 can nonfat chicken broth
- 1 cup couscous
- 1/4 cup chopped scallion
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring broth to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover and let stand 5 mins.
2. Fluff and stir in onions-thyme.
