GARLIC BREAD (Juliette Huot)

Ingredients

  • 1 french bread
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 teaspoon of dry mustard
  • slices of gruyere

Preparation

Step 1

1. Crush garlic and mix well with soft butter and dry mustard.
2. Cut the bread, and butter well.
3. Add Gruyere slices.
4. Wrap in aluminium foil and leave in oven at 350 for ½ hour.
