Ingredients
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of flour
- 3 =4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour butter in hot water on moderate heat.
2. When the butter is melted and the mixture boils, add the flour in one shot.
3. Stir rapidly until a ball forms.
4. Take out and add eggs (non beaten) one by one. One use the fourth egg if mix is not shiny.
5. To bake drop on a ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 30 minutes.
6. Teduce to 325 and bake an extra 10-15 minutes.
7. For cream puffs, fill with chantilly cream.
