Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 pounds of minced beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/4 cup of minced onions
  • 1/3 cup of milk

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix ¼ cup of the soup mix with the remaining ingredients (except milk).
2. Make 6 patties.
3. Place in pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
4. Skim the fats and pour the remaining soup (mixed with milk) over and bake again for 20 minutes.
