MEAT BALLS STROGONOFF

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef meat
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 3 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup of consommé
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine ground beef, milk, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and parsley. Shape in 1 inch ball.
2. Melt butter and brown meat well. Remove and add onions and mushrooms and cook.
3. Sprinkle flour and paprika over.
4. Pour in consommé, and stirring cook until thickens. Blend in sour cream.
5. Returns balls to pan and add Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
6. Serve over thin noodles.
