Ingredients
- 1/4 pound of bacon
- 20 small onions
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 2 pounds of cubed beef
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 12 ounces of beer
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon, add onions and cook further until limp.
2. Brown meat.
3. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and slowly beer. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce to simmer and cook for another 1 ½ hours.
5. Before serving add lemon juice.
6. Serve with noodles and garnish with parsley.
