Ingredients

  • 2 t black peppercorns
  • 1/4 t crushed rosemary
  • 1 t dry mustard
  • 3/4 t kosher salt
  • 1/2 t garlic powder
  • 4 4oz beef tenderloin steaks

Step 1

Preheat grill
Place peppercorns & rosemary in spice grinder; pulse til pepper is coarsely ground. combine with dry mustard, salt & garlic powder; rub evenly over both sides of steaks. Grill 4 min on each side.
