Ingredients
- Dill Ranch Sauce:
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 lbs chicken wings, separated
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Step 1
Line the inside of broiler pan with aluminum foil. Combine all seasonings in small bowl. Mix together and set aside. Place all of chicken wings in lrg ziploc bag. Sprinkle the rub over the chicken wings and drizzle the canola oil over top. Seal the bag and toss to coat. Allow to marinate for 30 mins to overnight. Place the prepared wings on the pan. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 mins. turn the chicken wings about half way through for even more browning. For the dill sauce combine all ingredient in small bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
