Dole Pineapple Mango Smoothie

This tropical smoothie has a combination of frozen mango, frozen pineapple, spinach, and milk!

  • 1 cup milk, soy milk or almond milk
  • 1 cup Dole frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups Dole frozen mango
  • 2 cup spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into a blender. Add pineapple, mango, and spinach.

Cover with blender lid and blend to combine. If blender stops turning, add a little more milk. If desired add a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie very cold and icy.

Optional Additions: - a small container of yogurt - add a scoop of your favorite vanilla protein powder Add 1 tablespoon of any of the following: - chia seeds - flax seeds - natural flaked coconut - peanut or almond butter.
