Ingredients
- 12 Large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions
Preparation
Step 1
Halve eggs lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
Mash yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, cheese, sour cream, salt & pepper. Stir until smooth.
Fill egg halves with yolk mixture.
Top evenly with crumbled bacon & green onions.
Serve immediately.
NOTE - eggs can be stuffed 1 day ahead and stored in the refrigerator. Top with bacon & onion just before serving.
