Ingredients
- 1 Can Cream Corn
- 1 can Whole Corn, drained
- 1 egg, beaten
- 8 oz. (1c) Sour Cream
- 1 Stick melted Butter
- 1 Box Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- Mix all ingrediants together in a baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or until top is lightly brown.
