Horseradish Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons prepared white horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce, such as Tabasco
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, horseradish, honey, and hot sauce. For a thinner sauce, add up to 1 tablespoon water. Season with salt and pepper. Sauce can be refrigerated, covered with plastic wrap, up to 1 day.
