Fred Alden' recipe

Ingredients

• After 2 1/2 hours add:
• 2 lbs. of beef, cut into cubes
• 2 cans of golden mushroom soup
• undiluted.
• 1 envelope of onion soup mix
• 3/4 c dry sherry
• 8 0z. mushrooms
• Bake for three hours at 325 degrees.
• 1 can carrots
• 1 can potatoes.
