Chopped Salad (Lago Mar)

Ingredients

  • 1 small head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 4 pieces canned hearts of palm drained and cut in dice
  • 2 ripe italian plum tomatoes diced
  • 1 small cucumber peeled and diced
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives, diced
  • 4 slices crisp cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ken's Steakhouse brand Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste

oss all ingredients in salad bowl with dressing
