Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts (non-marinated)
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 . tsp salt
  • 1/8 . tsp garlick powder
  • dash black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Boil spinach and artichoke hearts in one cup of water over medium heat until tender. Drain. Wait until it cools and then squeeze out all of the water.
In a small bowl, heat cream cheese in the microwave on high for 1 minute.
Add spinach and artichoke mixture, stir well.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
Serve with chips or crackers. I use tortilla chips.
