Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 Onion
- 1 lb. Potatoes
- 2 tblsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 2 tlbsp. Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Preparation
Step 1
Peel potatoes and onion, grate and let stand about 10 minutes so moisture from potatoes will rise to the top. Remove the liquid. Beat egg and pour over grated pototoes and onion. Stir with a fork and add other ingredients. Fry in a swallow layer of vegetable or olive oil.
