Ingredients
- COOKIE***
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- TOPPING***
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup blanched almond, finely ground
- red and green candied fruits

Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In large bowl sift together all ingredients except flour. Stir in flour. Chill dough and force through cookie press to form wreath. Brush with egg white.
Mix topping ingredients. Sprinkle on cookies. Decorate with candied fruits. Bake 8 - 10 minutes.
