Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tblsp. Flour
- 2 Tblsp. Cocoa
- 1 to 2 Tlbsp. Milk
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Tblsp. Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Mix sugar, flour and cocoa. Add enough milk to make smooth paste. Add egg yolks and beat well. Add milk. Cook in double boiler until thick. Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter. Beat well. Place filling in baked pie shell. Cool and cover with meringue or fresh whipped sweetened cream.
