Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 4 jalapeno peppers
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Chop peppers; shred cheese. Layer peppers and cheese in 8x8-inch baking dish. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares. Serve warm. May substitute chopped ham or pep-peroni for peppers. Yield: 64 servings.
