Ingredients

  • 1 - 5 ounce bag Chocolate Chip Brownie Brittle, crushed
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip + extra for topping
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • fresh raspberries

Preparation

Step 1

Reserve 2 Tablespoons crushed brittle for topping. Mix together the rest of the crumbs and melted butter. Divide the crumbs into 8 - 4 ounce jars. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and marshmallow cream until creamy. Fold in the Cool Whip and chocolate chips gently. Spoon evenly into the prepared jars. Top with raspberries, Cool Whip, and reserved crumbs. Makes 8 mini parfaits. Keep refrigerated.

Yield: 8 - 4 ounce parfaits
