Turkey, Cheddar & Apple Sandwich

Raye's mustards are still ground by hand & made in small batches. For this sandwich, we used one with clean, pure heat and a wonderful, nearly luxuriant texture punctuated by tiny mustard seeds & bits of tart cranberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • Raye's Fall Harvest Mustard with Maine cranberries
  • 3 slices turkey breast
  • 6 slices Granny Smith apple
  • 2-3 slices of farmhouse Cheddar
  • 1-2 T sprouts

Preparation

Step 1

1. Spread bread w/mustard.
2. Layer on turkey, apple & cheese.
3. Top w/sprouts.
