Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c canola oil
- 3/4 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T dry mustard
- 1/2 c red wine vinegar
- 2 T black pepper
- 1/3 c fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2-3 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well in bowl. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight for best flavor. Drain off marinade and grill (do not use marinade to baste while grilling.)
