Ingredients
- 4 cups Sorrento® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
- 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
- 18 cannoli shells
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill the shells with cheese mixture. Serve immediately so shells stay crispy.
