Ingredients

  • 4 cups Sorrento® Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 18 cannoli shells

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese, sugar, vanilla, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Using a spoon or pastry bag, fill the shells with cheese mixture. Serve immediately so shells stay crispy.
