- 1/4 cup plain dried bread crumbs
- 2 tbs finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbs butter, melted
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/4 lb sea scallops

Step 1
1. Spray the rack of a broiler pan with nonstick spray and preheat the broiler.
2. Combine all the ingredients except scallops in large bowl. Add the scallops and toss to coat well. Place the scallops on the broiler rack in a single layer and spray with non stick spray. Broil 4 inches from heat until golden brown about 4 min.
