Dip - Spicy Beer Cheese Dip w/ Bacon

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
  • \1/4 cup beer
  • 2/3 cup cooled and chopped bacon
  • 2 green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese and ranch dressing with mixer until well blended.

Add sriracha, cheese, beer, bacon and onion and mix until incorporated.

Let chill in refrigerator for a couple hours until chilled.

Garnish with additional cheese, bacon and green onions.

Serve with crackers, pretzels, sliced baguette.
