    tbs butter, melted

  • Filling:

    oz cream cheese

  • 2/3

    cup sugar

  • 5

    tsp flour

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    egg yolk

  • 1/4

    sour cream

  • 1/2

    cup amaretto

  • 1

    tsp almond extract

  • 1/4

    cup chopped almonds, toasted

  • Topping:

  • 1/3

    cup orange marmalade

  • 1/4

    cup frozen orange juice concentrate thawed

  • 2

    tsp lemon juice

  • 1

    tbs fresh fruit, sliced Chocolate curls

Directions

Crust:In a small bowl stir together crushed cookies and melted butter or margarine till well combine. Press crumb mixture evenly onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan. Filling: In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour. Beat with an electric mixer till smooth. Add eggs and egg yolk, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream, amaretto, and almond extract. Stir in chopped almonds. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Lower the temperature to 200* and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or till the center no longer looks wet or shiny. Remove the cake from the oven and run a knife around the inside edge of the pan. Turn the oven off; return the cake to the oven for an additional 30 minutes. Chill, uncovered, overnight.
