Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water
  • 1/2 cup Rum (80 proof)
  • 1 pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Rum

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10" bundt pan. Sprinkle nuts on the bottom of pan. Mix ingredients with cake mix and pour into bundt pan and bake 1 hour.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan on low heat. Pour over cake.
