Warm Artichoke and Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbsp bottles green salsa
  • 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Drain artichoke heart; discard marinade. Coarsely chop artichoke hearts. In a small saucepan combine artichoke hearts, green onion, and salsa. Cook over medium, stirring frequently, until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Serve immediately.
