Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Traditional Pub Mustard
- 1-tablespoon curry powder
- 1-tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled and minced

Step 1
Trim chicken breast of any fat. Rinse and pat dry and place in a 1 ½ quart shallow baking dish.
Whisk together the honey, Stonewall Kitchen Traditional Pub Mustard, curry powder, tamari or soy sauce and garlic in a small bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate several hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove plastic wrap and cover baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Uncover, baste and bake an additional 10 minutes more. Slice and serve with your favorite rice, potato, or vegetable side dish.
