Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag Cranberries, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup minced Onion
  • 2 Jalapeno Peppers, cored, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, minced
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger, finely grated
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Preparation

Step 1

Pulse cranberries in food processor. Place in bowl, mix with all other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
