Ingredients
- 12 oz bag Cranberries, rinsed and drained
- 1/4 cup minced Onion
- 2 Jalapeno Peppers, cored, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbsp Ginger, finely grated
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Preparation
Step 1
Pulse cranberries in food processor. Place in bowl, mix with all other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour prior to serving.
