Ingredients
- 8 Medium Tomatillos, husked, rinsed and diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 Medium Onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tsp Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
Preparation
Step 1
In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté diced tomatillos in olive oil until they begin to brown in spots. Place in medium bowl with all other ingredients and let stand for 1 hour before serving.
