STUFFED DEVILED EGGS

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • pepper to taste
  • 1-2 drops of Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in two and take the yellows out.
2. Crush the yellows and add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
3. Replace mixture in eggs and sprinkle with parsley, paprika and chives.
