Ingredients
- 1 piece of pork shoulder
- spices
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut the meat in cubes taking off the couenne.
2. Cover with water and add the following spices: salt, pepper, nutmeg, onion salt, garlic salt, basil and parsley.
3. Simmer covered for 2 ½ hours.
4. Mash and add breadcrumbs.
