World Famous Chicken Crunch As at Planet Hollywood, Disney Springs
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins, trimmed
- 2 cups of buttery crunch cereal
- 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- Canola oil, for frying

In a deep plate or wide and shallow bowl, combine the cornflakes and crunch cereal.
Mash or coarsely grind so that the cereal is not unbroken, but not so crushed to be a powder.
Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt in another shallow bowl.
In another bowl, combine egg and milk.
Whisk and set aside.
Warm canola oil to frying temperature.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
Immediately and quickly dip in egg mixture and let extra run off.
Finally coat in cereal mixture.
Fry in canola oil until done, about 3-5 minutes.
Drain on paper towels and put in warmed oven while frying the rest of the chicken.
